WHAT WE COLLECT:
The information you will be asked to provide on the rental application contains;
Name, Social Security Account Number, Age, Driver's License Number, Date-of-Birth, Telephone Number, Address and Bank Account Numbers.
(By your submission of a signed rental application, you are providing us with your permission to use the data on the application to ascertain your qualifications to become a resident).
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION ON THE RENTAL APPLICATION:
1. We require this information in order to ascertain your qualifications to rent one of our apartments (Our qualification criteria are listed on the Application pages for each of our properties).
2. We may use certain information on the rental application to contact you in case of an emergency or to contact the "Emergency Contact" person you list on the application.
3. We may use certain information on the rental application to contact you in order to provide you information relative to certain activities that are scheduled to occur once you become a resident.
4. We do not sell, distribute, share or lease your information to anyone unless we have your permission or we are required to do so by law.
5. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
6. We do NOT use cookies at any time (a cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive).
